In 2012 I started The Bicycle Salad, an idea that sprung precisely from carrying my daily lunchbox on the bicycle and occasionally sharing it around to people. Most of the reactions were so positive that I’ve decided to expand the model by trying to bring about a change onto the eating habits of those who were in search for one. This is how my cooking journey started and it’s still going on like magic, with tons of kitchen experimenting and inside learning.
